MCVP for AIESEC in Italy | General Job Description

Lead the national plenary towards the implementation of the entity plan for the term 25.26
Manage the developing stategies to ensure the growth of the entity for the next term
Represent the Entity in the National and International conferences
Fulfill functional Job Description duties
Management team has the final accountability of the sub-team they are handling
Management team can't take decisions for their members without including them in the thinking and decision making process
The final Job Description for each MC member will be published for the team by the MCP before the start of the term

MC Experience Conditions

MC Experience Benefits

Salary of €150,00 per month according to MC budget 25.26
Food and accommodation with all facilities in Milan are fully covered (also during transition period)
Office Space is inside the flat; it may change based on MC budget 25.26
Travel for serving AIESEC in Italy will be covered based on MC budget 25.26
Legalization and travel expenses for International MC members will not be covered; however, all the needed documents will be provided, as well as the support needed for the legalization procedures
Further benefits may be agreed on according to the MC budget 25.26

MC Experience Duties

MC Experience is a full-time job. Each MC member is expected to work at least 40 hours per week.
Working time is Monday to Friday, weekends are free (except of conferences and other representative duties) and national holidays; Further adjustments may be made based on the needs of the term
The MC term officially starts from the 1st of July 2025 till the 31st of July 2026 which is a total period of 13 months. You must be avaliable from 1st of Feb for PlanCo. [5-8th of Feb]

2. What are your key strengths and weaknesses? What are your top 3 personal values [Explain how do they shape who you are] and unique contributions? How will they influence your term, AIESEC in Italy Network, and the MC Team?
3. Please mention your previous AIESEC Experiences and Mention 3 achievements, and 3 failures from your AIESEC journey.
4. What is your leadership style? How will this affect AIESEC in Italy next year?

ME AS AN AIESECER

Understanding AIESEC and more specifically AIESEC in Italy are needed. We would like to see you as an AIESECer!

1. Evaluate AIESEC in Italy national strategies and their implementation in the network through the last 3 generations (22.23, 23.24, 24.25). What are your conclusions out of each year?
2. Study the growth or the decline of exchanges of AIESEC in Italy since the 22.25 term till now? provide the reasons, external or internal for growth or decline (in one sentence for each year).
3. How do you envision AIESEC in Italy will be remembered for the 25-26 term? Describe the main achievements and milestones for the team.
4. If you could change one thing in AIESEC in Italy, what would it be? Explain your reasons.

ORGANIZATIONAL PRODUCT STRATEGY

If you are interested in exchange product management, managing and supporting AIESEC in Italy to operational growth, enhancing constantly the internal operational processes to drive operational growth and goal achievement, So this Block is for YOU!

AIESEC in Italy runs these exchange programs (iGV, oGV, oGTa, oGTe)

1. Choose an ELD Product (In case you apply for oGT, Consider them as two separate products [GTa & GTe])

Analyze the past 3 years’ strategic and product evolution by explaining with action steps taken, changes in operation, successes and failures.
Do a funnel analysis for the product. What are the main gaps in the funnel? What do we need to change to fix these gaps? Set an action plan for the implementation of these changes and describe the required synergies for ensuring this happens.
Do a supply and demand analysis for the product. What are our main IR partners, and their performance with us on each phase in the customer flow? Define the top 5 IRs and the strategies to grow with them. Define the main focus projects.
Assess the current state of %FIN-CO. How are you going to ensure the best experience for EPs, and how to ensure a minimum of 95% standard delivery in your program?

2. Do your network management planning for 25.26 Take into consideration routine, capacity building, communication, and touch-points to ensure each LC grows in exchange performance.

You will receive a confirmation within 72 hours validating your application.
If the application does not fulfill all requirements, the candidate may be rejected from any part of the process and be recommeneded to apply again.
